Job Summary
Production Associate at Immediate Mailing Services, responsible for operating production, printing, inserting, sorting, packaging, and mailing equipment; performing quality checks; loading materials; packaging and preparing finished products for shipment; following SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards; completing production documentation; collaborating with team to meet daily production goals and customer deadlines; and cross-training in multiple production processes while supporting inventory movement and general production tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions
- Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules
- Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
