Job Summary
Conduct advanced manual work including UV Bond, soldering, crimping, and stent loading while maintaining clean room standards per standard operating procedure. Build products by following certified processes, record information, and perform verifications on shop floor paperwork. Operate manufacturing equipment, handle and inspect components, and train others on process steps as directed. Execute validation protocols, assist with red line document corrections, and submit ideas for continuous improvement. Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends, while adhering to Lean Manufacturing principles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Manufacturing experience
