Production Associate I

Perform tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures to separate, fold, and properly distribute clean linen. Inspect clean linen for quality standards, then pouch and label sterile products using the heat sealing machine before sending finished packs to the Sterilizer Operator. Maintain established productivity and quality standards while keeping your work station neat and clean. Make recommendations to facility management for method improvements and mentor fellow associates after mastering tasks. Read and understand all Standard Operating Procedures to execute duties accurately. Work within the Mebane, NC facility, standing for long periods and performing repetitive physical motions.
