Production Associate I (SCP) First Shift

Job Summary
Manufacture medical components in a clean room environment under supervision, including machine operation, manual production with hand tools, visual inspection, measurements, and packaging of finished product. Read and follow written procedures, operate basic equipment (balloon machines, cutters, scissors, air tools) and use measurement tools (calipers, rulers, pin gauges). Enter data into computer software and work within GMP and Good Documentation Practices under a quality management system. Requires dexterity with small components, ability to lift 35-50 lbs, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail. This role supports Nordson Medical’s production team across multiple production duties and departments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to lift 35-50 lbs
- Dexterity and attention to detail
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to read and understand written specifications and procedures
- Experience with FDA or ISO regulated environment is a plus
