Job Summary
Prepare materials for order fulfillment by reviewing lists, utilizing an RF gun to pick items, weighing components, and operating machinery to run batches. Maintain worksite cleanliness through sweeping, vacuuming, and equipment cleaning. Ensure smooth shift transitions by staging materials and hand off inventory to the next team. Verify quality by checking raw material expiration dates, collecting samples, and adjusting batches based on QC results. Communicate with leadership regarding equipment needs, shortages, or maintenance failures. Requires forklift operation experience, ability to lift 60 pounds, and basic math skills for formula weights.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have experience operating forklifts
- Must have material handling experience
- Able to utilize math to perform basic weights for formulas
- Able to read and interpret directions and order details
- Able to communicate both in writing and verbally
- Must pass pre-employment physical
- Must be able to lift and/or carry a minimum of 60 pounds
- Must be able to push/pull 55 pounds
- Must be able to stand 80% - 85% of the day
- Must be able to sit 5% of the day
- Must be able to twist/bend 20% of the day
- Must be able to squat/climb/crawl 10% of the day
