Job Summary
Production Associate I responsible for assembling filters by hand, placing various media into pre-assembled filter frames, pouring urethane, and securing components by bolts or staples. Ensure pleat count accuracy where applicable, verify frame squareness against specifications, clean excess urethane before moving to the next stage, and perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing workflows.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Must be able to read and understand instructions
- Must have the ability to recognize correct inserts and frames
- Must be able to recognize numbers
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must have the ability to learn different materials used (training will be provided)
