Job Summary
Operate UV bonding, packaging, and loading machines while measuring, coating, masking, mixing, blasting, and inspecting product components. Follow process work instructions and test procedures to complete tasks, monitoring and recording documentation to meet quality requirements. Handle, transport, store, and inspect components, execute validation protocols with supervision, and support continuous improvements through idea submission. Perform set-ups, work preparation, and clean-up to ensure quality assurance of own work and area. Work Mon–Thurs 3:00PM–1:30AM at a Stryker facility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Ability to focus on and see small objects under a microscope
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to focus on detailed work for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to discern colors
Desired Qualifications
- Prior cleanroom experience
- Prior experience working with measuring devices and microscopes
