Job Summary
Clean designated production areas of lumber, bark, and sawdust using hand and mechanical tools to ensure smooth machinery operation and a safe workplace. Load or unload materials from machines and monitor equipment to maintain continuous material movement throughout the mill. Perform daily cleanup duties with air hoses, shovels, brooms, and blowers while cross-training on production equipment. Follow all safety rules, environmental guidelines, and PPE requirements while working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required, including shifts involving standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and exposure to extreme temperatures and dusty conditions.

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
