Production Associate

Manage fabrication and assembly operations by operating manufacturing equipment, using hand tools, and working to an established rate defined by customer demand. Ensure safety by following safe work practices, supporting co-workers in meeting safety requirements, and maintaining a respectful workplace. Participate in defining and improving standard work, assist with training others, and engage in cross-training to maintain flexibility for resource planning. Lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks while standing for long periods. Rotate between the first and second shifts every two weeks.
