Job Summary
Production Associate duties include processing new and donated items to meet production goals, sorting and categorizing items (including items for e-Commerce), determining price points, staging items for floor availability, operating power equipment (stacker, pallet jack, tilt master, compactor, tipper, forklift), and maintaining a clean, safe backroom while completing checklists. The role requires ability to perform team lifts, stay physically active (standing for long periods, lifting 10-25 lbs with team lifts for heavier items), and strong attention to detail with good communication and customer-service skills. The work environment is primarily a retail backroom/warehouse with frequent interruptions, and schedule flexibility including holidays, evenings, and weekends. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills required
- Experience operating power equipment preferred
- Experience with computers or a willingness and ability to learn
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule
