Job Summary
Production Associate responsible for packaging tasks, line inspection, and maintaining production equipment; duties include packaging, machine setup/changeover, feeding machines, material handling (pallet jack, pallets), completing production and quality paperwork, and ensuring product quality meets Company Standards in a 9:30 PM–7:30 AM graveyard shift (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday with potential overtime).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in packaging and/or a manufacturing environment is an asset
- Able to work well on a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work in a cold environment (2°C) and stand on your feet for an extended time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
