• •Must be able to hang, size and price, tag, and prepare items to be sold on the sales floor
• •Must be able to inspect and quick test items as needed that plug-in or run on batteries to ensure the product is in good workable condition
• •Must be able to make decisions to price according to Goodwill standards of quality and value of product (good, better, best), which may include researching the item's value on the internet or utilizing other company tools and standards
• •Must be able to ensure production and sales floor areas are well organized, stocked, properly merchandised, and clean
• •Must be able to provide excellent customer service to fellow staff and customers; answer product questions as needed
• •Must be able to rotate or pull old or unsold product in a timely manner from the sales floor to ensure product selection is refreshed as necessary
• •Must be able to process E-Commerce product (sort, hang, size, price, tag, etc.)
• •Must be able to follow all retail center policies and procedures
• •Must be able to ensure work areas are clear and organized and adhere to continuous improvement standards
• •Must be able to follow all safety processes and procedures to help provide a safe working environment for employees and customers
• •Must be able to cross-train in other departments or areas; act as a back-up for other areas as required
• •Must be able to meet or exceed minimum productivity standards and expectations/Key Performance Indicator (KPI)s for assigned duties

Desired Qualifications

• •A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
• •One (1) year of retail experience is preferred
