Job Summary
Maintain a clean and well-maintained work environment by adhering to established maintenance and cleaning schedules. Evaluate raw materials and inventory levels, notifying supervisors promptly when stock is running low. Follow safety protocols and company policies while communicating effectively with team members and supervisors. Read and interpret work instructions and schematics to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods. Prior proven production experience is a plus, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to new responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
- 2 shifts: 6 am to 2 pm or 7 am to 3 pm
Desired Qualifications
- Prior proven production experience
- Trade school or experience in working with electronics or assembling mechanical devices
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production
