Job Summary
Set-up and maintain line equipment while monitoring the process to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Prepare and package products adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain the efficient flow of product through the production process. Direct, facilitate, and assist production line personnel as a team member, performing any duties assigned to best serve the company. Complete required training including forklift/power jack and lock-out/tag-out awareness, and pass a physical and strength assessment. Work the 1st shift from 7am to 3pm in Rice, MN, wearing steel-toe shoes. Required Qualifications
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Must complete Forklift / Power jack training and obtain certificate
- Must pass company physical and strength
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended period of time
- Must complete Lock-out / Tag-out awareness training
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
- Steel - Toe Shoes/Boots
