Job Summary
Operate post-digital output equipment, including imaging, laminating, and fiber laser systems, while ensuring correct settings and material placement. Finish products through printing, lamination, and cutting; proofread materials and conduct quality assurance checks to meet customer specifications. Maintain the production area cleanliness and organization, transport materials, and perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs as needed. Retrieve order files and communicate with customers to ensure commitments are met. Work Mon to Fri, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm CST, with potential schedule variations during high demand. Requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of manufacturing, construction, or related experience
- Technical skills related to basic equipment maintenance
- High attention to detail
- A good eye for color and design
- Proficient with computers, especially in Microsoft Office Programs
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to stand/walk for the entire shift
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Consistent and regular attendance
- Compliance with relevant occupational health and safety requirements
