Job Summary
Fold garments manually or using industrial machines, count folded product, and prepare bundles for customer delivery. Maintain work area cleanliness and push carts or bins of bulk or linen product to the station. Meet or exceed production standards to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through performance-based incentives. Stand for most of the shift while performing repetitive motions, stretching, bending, and reaching. Participate in a job tryout to understand work activities and performance expectations. This role supports the Rental Division within Cintas Corporation, a Fortune 500 company providing cleaning and safety products to over one million businesses.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must adhere to attendance policy
- Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly
- Requires standing for most shift
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities
- May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station to prepare for folding
- Attention To Detail: Is thorough and careful about detail when completing work tasks or correcting flaws or mistakes
