Job Summary
Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector responsible for safely hanging customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments to identify repair needs (holes/tears). Maintain cleanliness of work area. Role is tied to a production-based incentive structure; compensation may increase with production performance. Requires standing, repetitive motions, and adherence to safety and attendance policies; training and evaluation involve application review, interviews, and potential job tryout with paid time for the latter. Eligible applicants must be authorized to work in the US and at least 18 years old. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) options, paid time off, and opportunities for skills development. Schedule is 1st Shift with competitive hourly pay between $16.00 and $17.50 per hour, with potential eligibility for higher pay based on production outcomes.
