Job Summary
Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector safely and accurately places customer garments on hangers and visually inspects garments to identify the need for proactive repairs (e.g., patching holes or tears). Maintains cleanliness of the work area. Position is part of a performance-based incentive structure; incentive pay is tied to meeting/exceeding production standards and may adjust hourly pay accordingly.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the US
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must adhere to attendance policy
- Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly
- Physical Qualifications: standing for most of shift; repetitive motions; bending; reaching; ability to push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station for folding
