Job Summary
Production Associate role performing sorting of salable versus salvage materials, preparing merchandise for sale, and sustaining production and retail operations. Responsibilities include evaluating product value, maintaining merchandise levels, identifying goods for special sales/auctions, processing unsold items, maintaining inventory and a safe work environment, and contributing to customer satisfaction through teamwork and effective communication. Requires physical ability to lift 30-40 pounds, stand for long periods, and operate in a warehouse setting; prior experience is not required. Pay rate $18.25-$20.55/hour DOE; in Edmonds, WA with in-person work arrangements.
