Job Summary
Sort, grade, price, and rack all incoming donations including shoes, linens, clothing, and electronics to ensure retail quality standards. Maintain a neat work area and overall store environment while rotating through various production sections as needed. Provide assistance with rag out, store openings, and closings, and report theft, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately to management. Comply with all established policies and directives.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
- Adherence to consistent attendance and weekly hours expectations defined by employee's DoL status (full-time/part-time/seasonal)
- Ability to frequently lift and carry 21 to 35 pounds
- Ability to occasionally carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 20 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Scheduling flexibility and evenings and weekend availability
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of six months warehouse or production experience is helpful
