Job Summary
Assist with the manufacturing process, operate machines and tools, and assemble products according to specifications under guidance. Perform quality checks on completed output and package finished goods for shipping while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Adhere to safety guidelines and meet company production standards with limited supervision. Ability to work in various roles independently or as part of a team, lift up to 60 pounds, and demonstrate good hand/eye dexterity. Previous production experience preferred. Located in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, with comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
