Job Summary
This role supports multiple stages of high-volume cannabis manufacturing operations, including packaging and foundational production tasks. Production Associates are responsible for packaging cannabis products according to SOPs, supporting daily production, performing visual quality checks, and maintaining safe and compliant workspaces. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift 30-50 lbs. Experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging is preferred.

- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs
- Prolonged standing, sitting, and repetitive motions
- Comfortable working around cannabis and production materials
