Production Associate - Engine Painter

Prepare, mask, prime, and paint High Horsepower engines to quality standards while operating painting equipment and ensuring proper application of coatings. Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on paint equipment and booths, and use overhead cranes to move and stage engines throughout the process. Conduct quality inspections to identify non-conforming materials and support production goals by maintaining a safe, organized work area. Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures. Instruct or coach others as needed in this manufacturing environment.
