Job Summary
Production Associate performs duties per ESGW Best Practices, including processing donations, sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock, and assisting guests/donors. Must assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed, be cross-trained to support all production aspects, and work well with people of differing abilities. Requirements include standing, repetitive tasks, simple grasping and manipulating with hands, and tolerance to temperature and humidity.
