Job Summary
Process donations, sort and prepare merchandise for sale, replenish stock, and remove items from the sales floor while meeting daily production goals. Greet and assist guests or donors, and accept donations at the donation door as needed. Perform repetitive tasks independently and assist in all aspects of production as directed. Work with people having different abilities, requiring standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for the entire shift. Knowledge of current trends is helpful. Required Qualifications
- Ability to work with people having different abilities
- Able to perform repetitive tasks independently
- Knowledge of current trends helpful
- Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times)
- Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation
- Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity
- Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community
- Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements
- All positions require the completion of a background check
