Job Summary
Determine correct batch recipes, measure, and mix ingredients while maintaining proofing libraries and achieving dough certification. Monitor automated equipment in the production room and tray wash area, troubleshooting stackers, dolly loaders, and buffer systems as needed. Organize dough in coolers, ensure print quality, and conduct chemical testing on washer equipment to maintain sanitation standards. Perform metal detector checkups, document dough temperatures, and report irregularities to supervisors. Work 4/10 hour shifts from Sunday to Friday starting at 1 AM, 3 AM, or 8 AM. Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and work in refrigerated conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work with yeast and flour products
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on occasion
- Ability to perform heavy pushing/pulling of product
- Ability to work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees]
- Ability to work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary
- Must be available for Sunday-Friday shifts
- Must be available for 4/10 hour shifts
- Must be available for 1 AM start times
- Must be available for 3 AM start times
- Must be available for 8 AM start times
