Production Associate - Days

Receive direction from the supervisor or lead while maintaining the work area, machinery, and tools in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. Perform tasks related to the manufacturing of cabinet doors, including sanding, using woodworking machinery, and packaging. Follow all safety procedures and standard operating procedures, notifying the supervisor immediately of any malfunctions, maintenance needs, or potential procedural improvements. Monitor product constantly to ensure quality standards are met and reject non-conforming items. Accurately complete all documentation, including production reports and timekeeping. Meet or exceed production standards and assist in other work areas as workload permits. Full-time day shift hours starting at 5:00am, 6:00am, or 7:00am.
