Job Summary
Operate production and packaging equipment, package, label, and palletize finished cheese products for shipment, and perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor production lines for equipment malfunctions or product defects, maintain accurate production and inventory records, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP guidelines, and food safety regulations. Load raw materials onto lines, perform routine cleaning and sanitation, assist with equipment setup and changeovers, and work collaboratively to achieve daily production goals while adhering to all safety policies. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, previous manufacturing or food processing experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in refrigerated environments ranging from 22-33 degrees.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to work in refrigerated and fast-paced production environments
- Must be able to work in cold conditions 22-33 degrees
