Job Summary
Process new and donated items to meet production goals, sort and categorize goods, and safely separate hazardous materials. Operate power equipment including stackers, pallet jacks, tilt masters, compactors, and forklifts while staging fresh products for the floor. Adhere to organizational guidelines for pricing and ticketing, maintain a clean and organized backroom, and complete checklists. Requires excellent time management, basic math skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

- Ability to independently twist, lift, carry, push or pull moderate (10 pounds) to heavy (25 pounds) of weight
- Ability to use a team lift for objects weighing over 25 pounds
- Ability to reach approximately 54 inches
- Ability to frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch
- Sufficient hand and finger dexterity to perform detailed tasks
- Ability to verbally communicate to exchange information
- Age 18 or older
- Trained and checked off for proper operation of pallet jack and compactor
