Production Associate (Cylinder Filler)

The Cylinder Filler will safely handle and fill gas products into liquid, medical, and high-pressure gas cylinders in compliance with federal, state, local regulations and Airgas procedures. Responsibilities include reviewing cylinders prior to filling, performing safety checks (odor tests, caps/valves), analyzing products for purity and correct mixtures, handling high-pressure, medical and liquid cylinders, preparing high-pressure cylinders and cryogenic vessels for filling, attaching to manifolds, evacuating cylinders to ensure quality and purity, filling by pressure and weight per standards, assisting with loading/unloading cylinders onto/off pallets and tractors, using forklift/pallet jack, maintaining records to DOT/FDA/OSHA and Airgas standards, completing quality control sheets, understanding hazards and cylinder contents, labeling accuracy, and performing other duties as assigned.
