Job Summary
Perform basic product assembly, testing, or cable work such as mechanical assembly, part prepping, and masking per documented procedures. Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures closely to ensure quality and accuracy while applying safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Complete assigned repetitive tasks to meet daily production expectations and escalate production or quality issues to leads or supervisors for timely resolution. Handle materials and components correctly to minimize scrap, rework, and inventory loss while completing required documentation for single-level builds to ensure inventory and traceability accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and quality requirements
- Ability to use basic hand tools and follow standard work instructions
- Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
