Job Summary
As a Production Associate, operate various machines, perform computer input, and assist in the control room while lifting up to 50 lbs. This role supports a fast-paced manufacturing environment at North Star Sheets in Cottage Grove, MN, on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. Requirements include 2 years of manufacturing experience (corrugated experience preferred), ability to read a tape measure, willingness to train on multiple shifts within the first 90 days, and capacity to work overtime and occasional Saturdays. The position emphasizes teamwork, professional conduct, and participation in routine team meetings; duties also cover those related to safety, quality, and plant operations.
