Job Summary
Production Associate 1 role responsible for fabrication and production of window components, operating hand tools, lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds, rotating through multiple workstations, loading and unloading window units, and using production reports to assist planning; must read and interpret measurements and specs, and maintain quality through audits in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; shift is 1st shift (Mon-Thu) 4:00 am–2:30 pm with overtime; location Auburn, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to measure lengths to 1/32
- Ability to read and interpret production data and instructions
- Able to operate computerized equipment
- Cross-train and rotate through multiple stations within line/complex
