Production Associate

Production Associate responsible for assembling materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished products, labeling and packaging finished goods, tracking production on schedule boards, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Responsible for meeting daily production schedules, rotating through workstations as needed, and reading a tape measure with basic math. Must adhere to safety rules and demonstrate reliability, attendance, and teamwork. No supervisory responsibilities. Full-time hours Monday through Friday with potential overtime; benefits start day 1 including medical, dental, and vision, PTO, 401k, and professional development. Must have a High School Diploma (preferred) and be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and moving parts.
