Job Summary
Production Associate responsible for visually inspecting extruded product for appearance and size, packing finished product into cartons, maintaining production paperwork, and assisting with line setup and changes. The role requires reading, writing, and basic math, strong attendance, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols. Night shift runs 7 pm–7 am on a 2-2-3 schedule at the Martinsburg, WV site, with shift differential and benefits starting day one. Duties include quality inspections, packaging, conveying cartons to skids, and coordinating with extrusion operators and supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- No experience required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to read, write and perform basic math skills
- Must possess common sense, positive attitude, and demonstrate excellent attendance
- Must have good communication skills and be able to interact with people
- Must be able to lift up to 86lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting)
- Must be safety conscious and follow health and safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and participate in team-based tasks
- Must comply with PPE requirements and safety procedures
