Job Summary
Conduct expert assembly, detailed inspections, repairs, and refinements to maintain quality standards while driving efficiency through modern tracking systems. Operate specialized equipment and tools following safety protocols, perform proactive maintenance, and ensure product excellence via careful packaging and preparation. Transport loads up to 100 pounds and occasionally up to 250 pounds, utilizing proper material handling techniques to create an ergonomic workspace. Record production information accurately using digital scanners and handwritten logs, identify defects for repair, and contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement. Maintain an organized workspace and communicate clearly regarding equipment reliability. Participate in training, meetings, and mentoring others to grow professionally within the manufacturing team.
Required Qualifications
