Job Summary
Operate tufting machines, manage yarn creels, run compounding equipment, and troubleshoot tile reclaim systems to support carpet and flooring manufacturing. Handle material handling via forklifts and lift trucks for shipping and receiving activities. Perform repetitive lifting, bending, and pushing tasks requiring a minimum of 15lbs, with potential ladder and stair climbing. Work an 8-hour non-rotating shift starting in the PM, with hours falling to out-punch day on the observed calendar. Training is provided for entry-level roles with no prior manufacturing experience required.
