Job Summary
Production Associate responsible for assembly and/or packing to meet production requirements within a team-based manufacturing environment. Performs visual and manual inspection to verify part accuracy, records production counts, prints labels, and places items on containers. Maintains clean and safe work area through basic housekeeping. Operates hand tools as needed and collaborates with peers to achieve production goals. Requires high attention to detail and adherence to established procedures, with familiarity of IATF 16949 quality standards and basic data entry on touch-screen displays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality standards
- Manual dexterity to assemble, pack, and operate hand tools
- Ability to follow established procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Communication skills to interact with all levels of employees
- Computer literacy for basic data entry and operate visual touch screen panels
- Math skills for department tasks
- Ability to work effectively with people
- Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
