Production Associate - Bradenton (P)

Production Associate supports safe and efficient operation of corrugated converting equipment; assists Operator with equipment setup, machine adjustments, and operation to produce corrugated boxes meeting customer specs; reads Factory Orders and Print Cards to determine correct machine settings; performs quality checks including first piece dimensional & print checks, in-run inspections, ink color/viscosity checks, and first piece box fold completion; ensures safety through lockout/tagout, PPE, guarding and proper lifting techniques; communicates effectively using interrupt buttons, verbal cues, and hand signals; willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift; hands-on training in operation, setup, and safety procedures; opportunities for growth within Smurfit WestRock. Starting pay is $20.93/hour with 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am).
