Job Summary
Production Associate responsible for inspecting/packing/unpacking parts, cleaning, and restarting machines (molding and assembly); transporting and delivering parts; tracking materials with batch traceability and notifying reorder points; addressing machine faults and maintaining documentation; performing dimensional/visual checks, and disposing of products as needed; may maintain/update charts and log documentation; requires basic computer skills, ability to read/understand instructions and part specs, and English proficiency for SOPs and training materials; GMP manufacturing experience preferred. Overtime, night and weekend work may be required. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and operate equipment including a walkie. This role is in Round Lake, IL, US.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred in electrical, mechanical, or control applications (preferred)
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must be able to read and understand job instructions and part specifications
- Must be able to visually detect defects
- Must be able to write legibly and use a numbering system
- Must be able to understand, speak, read and write English to comply with SOPs, SPECs, and trainings
