Job Summary
Monitor the production process system to ensure proper operation and inspect, check, and document production activities. Perform container preparation, bulk and non-bulk filling, shipping, and receiving activities while maintaining working areas in an organized and clean condition. Use and maintain equipment in good working order, report abnormalities, and follow materials handling practices that minimize wastage. Report security or health and safety infractions to appropriate contacts and participate in inventory cycle count programs. Ensure safety, quality of workmanship, efficiency, and timeliness when performing assigned duties.
Desired Qualifications
- High School education or GED
- Prior experience as a chemical operator/technician
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to understand and follow site protocols, policies, and procedures
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Critical thinking skills
