Job Summary
Hanger products for the sales floor by color and type, affix price tags, and tally inventory while attaching sensors. Support pricing operations and deliver merchandise to the sales floor while monitoring conditions and assisting customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization in backroom areas, following safety policies and adapting to shifting tasks as operational needs dictate. Work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with bright lighting, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs. Collaborate with team members and donors to meet production goals and support store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in performing repetitive motions such as extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
- Skill in tasks involving seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands
- Capability of maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces
- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
- Ability to work effectively in a noisy environment
- Ability to work effectively in a bright environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of flexibility
- Fundamental understanding of written and spoken English for comprehending instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
Desired Qualifications
- Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or back of house experience
- High school diploma or GED
