Job Summary
Sort and identify quality merchandise, price items, and stock shelves according to store layouts. Assist with cleaning merchandise, moving stock, and removing unsold items to recycling areas. Complete daily production tasks and meet hourly quotas in a fast-paced environment. Operate as part of a production team while adhering to safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques. Must be available Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needed. Requires reliable transportation and Spanish language proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work Monday 6:00am - 3:30pm
- Tuesday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Must be able to complete daily assignments/tasks
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to inspect merchandise for defects, damage, or wear to maintain company quality standards
- Strong attention to detail when applying price tags, security sensors, or barcodes to ensure accurate inventory control and pricing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet hourly or daily production quotas/metrics
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly in a production line or backroom team setting
- Strong commitment to workplace safety guidelines, proper lifting techniques, and keeping work areas clean and hazard-free
- Spanish
