Job Summary
Complete packaging assignments, paperwork, and feed machines/lines as assigned. Retrieve raw materials from cooler, add product and packaging to machines, and assemble, pack, label boxes, and load them onto pallets. Assist with set up and changeover of packaging machines while inputting information into equipment. Perform line checks, confirm weight, and communicate with other departments regarding product quality deficiencies. Ensure all products and packaging meet Company Standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in packaging and/or a manufacturing environment
- Able to work well on a team
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dedication to quality and safety
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a cold environment (2°C)
- Able to stand on your feet for an extended time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
