Job Summary
Production Associate responsible for sorting, inspecting, and grading clean textiles, folding and packaging textiles by hand or feeding items into ironing or folding machines, and following written packing instructions to prepare items for distribution. Role involves operating conveyors, moving materials within the production area, and logging production activity. Requires ability to recognize colors, sizes, and product types, and to follow verbal/written directions; standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds in an industrial laundry environment with exposure to temperature variations, humidity, odors, lint, and dust.
