Job Summary
Produce world class components for cooling systems on a production line or in an individual-paced work center. Operate production line machinery and perform product assembly; troubleshoot equipment; perform change-overs; ensure quality and reject non-conforming products. Maintain documentation through daily production logs; perform PMs on machinery; follow SOPs and Job Safety Analysis; collaborate with operators from other shifts; maintain clean and safe work area; lock out/tag out equipment when not in use. Assist maintenance and manufacturing engineers as needed and provide on-the-job training to new employees.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate production line machinery
- Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills
