Job Summary
A Production Associate is responsible for front line production needs including basic to complex machine operation, assembly work, and other duties assigned. Candidates should have attention to detail, strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a high volume manufacturing environment. The role may require flexibility with assignments and the willingness to work overtime or on Saturdays. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, ability to work with others, and a commitment to the company's core values of Integrity, Respect, Innovation, and Teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Previous machine operator experience
- Experience in a high volume, medium mix manufacturing environment
