Job Summary
Production Associate will set up, adjust, and operate semi-automated printing machines and prepare items for the next routing step. Read and follow work instructions, perform basic math, and make adjustments to equipment. Inspect products for defects, ensure color accuracy and print clarity, and package items for shipping while maintaining quality standards. Complete DCT reporting and daily paperwork, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Collaborate with coworkers, support cross-training, and contribute to continuous process improvement across shifts (1st and 3rd). Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- Computer knowledge
- Must be able to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math functions, and make adjustments to machines and tools
- Any prior experience within manufacturing, machine operator, or production associate preferred
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
