Job Summary
Join Ruger Firearms as a Production Associate responsible for front line production needs, including basic to complex machine operation such as CNC turning and milling machines. Ideal candidates should possess attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and strong teamwork skills. Must be willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays. On-the-job training is available for motivated individuals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass a drug screen

- Previous machine operator experience
- Experience in high volume, medium mix manufacturing environment
