Job Summary
Production Associate for 2nd shift in Temple, TX with starting pay of $19.48/hour plus $1.00 shift differential. Responsibilities include following safety rules and processes, maintaining records and certifications, operating production equipment for painting tube batches, loading tubes into a hopper, palletizing, monitoring the filling of product into tubes, performing quality checks, assisting with EHS compliance, understanding wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs routinely (up to 80 lbs infrequently), experience with forklifts and material handling, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. No visa sponsorship is offered; candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Lift up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 80 pounds infrequently.
- Follow detailed instructions and record progress.
- Safely operate forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
